NW House Filk proposal- please reply

 will be happy to organize a house filk at my place through this list, however, I just figured there were not many Seattle-area many people on it, given that half the traffic is from Oregon, and have no idea how to
get hold of an appropriate mailing list.

My place is 20 minutes north of downtown Seattle. I have an appropriate family room that should be able to fit 20 seated in
reasonable comfort, more if people are
willing to spread all over the floor (which has a deep plush carpet). No stairs--other than one step to the front porch--are
involved.

We are now getting into the holiday season, which becomes a serious problem for
scheduling such things, and I know Orycon is Nov 9-10. However, I am still willing to give this a shot for 1996:

How about November 23 or 30? Would it be better to put off until December?

I'd like to suggest a potluck arrangement, starting mid-afternoon.

Before I try to make this "for real" I'd like to get a general idea of interest from response to this e-mail, and would welcome any
suggestions, questions, offers etc. that might be forthcoming. (Just don't expect me to perform!)
