It's just that, a committee to decide who what when and where: I was just a
very small part of the concom for Orycon, but I do have experience of this
sort in other areas, so I hereby volunteer myself

And not necissarily just filk, we could cover scifi movie/tv soundtracks,
and other stuff like that, if we could find a way to fit it all in.

Ummm, I thought it was OSFCI that put on Orycon. Anyway if one of them was
willing to sponser the idea, I think we could pull it off. At least in Portland.
I don't know if there's a similar group in Seattle.

Which isn't *too* bad, there could be a time scale, where the closer it gets
to the con, the more you pay.
A filk con in the PNW would

At the very, very least, I'd estimate more, she is kinda the "hometown
favorite" There's Cecilia too.
I think the first step would be to find a group of people willing to put
their heads together and work up a proposal, and see what the response is.
