Game shows! Randomly chosen topics, someone in the audience calls out a tune, contestants have five minutes to filk up a suitable song on the topic, to the tune. Judging is (as per the Adept series) by a combination of a judges' panel (technical aspects, rhyme, scansion) and audience voting (volume; the Aye's have it).

Yes! I can't believe I didn't think of that one. Children's filking, humorous filks, computer filks, bawdy filks (I get to sing "O Lord Byron"!), replyfilks about star trek, space flight filks...
