A good rule-of-thumb for getting things done is that silence gives assent. A lack of comment does not necessarily mean that no one is quite sure how to tell you they don't like your idea.. especially in a crowd of SF fans! It's more likely, in my experience, to mean that it's such a self-eveidently good idea that no-one thought to comment on it. Or that we like the idea but don't want to say so for fear we'll get drafted to work on it. I don't even remember the 'music-show' idea you mean... wasn't a lot of the idea of ConCert to have a lot of music shows, by anyone that can be persuaded to perform?
