Tempest & Heather Alexander

	As was tentatively mentioned in her last mailing list, Heather
	will be touring the NW in mid-March.  I don't have a lot of the
	specifics in front of me at the moment, but to give you the 
	basics:

	Seattle = Beyond the Edge Cafe, Mon March 17.  Time tba.

	Portland = Friday, March 21st.  I forget where.

	Now for Tempest's latest tour schedule, though unfortunately
	their closest idea of "NW" this time is Vancouver BC.  Looks
	like it's roadtrip time!
