Heather and Melissa --- separated at birth?

<just because it's been way too quiet here lately>

One night a few weeks ago, I was lying on my couch reading the paper. It being night-time, I wished for background noise. I was feeling lazy, so I turned on the TV and turned it to VH1. (I swear, this _is not_ something I do on a regular basis.)

I didn't pay a lot of attention (that's what background noise is for), until I kept thinking thaat I'd heard Heather speaking. I looked up the TV. VH1 apparently has a "Storyteller" series, and that night's subject was Melissa Ethridge.

Has anyone else seen her live? The likeness between her and Heather is incredible. She has Heather's vocal style and inflections in telling a story. The way she moves her head to emphasize a point. She laughs like Heather. Makes fun of herself like Heather. She even looks a little like Heather <Heather is prettier, of course. ;) >

Coincidence? Hmmm...
