Con 8 in Portland

CON 8 HAS BEEN CANCELLED!! For those of you who were thinking of attending, and are not on the Orycon PR mailing list, I thought I'd pass the word on.

This was to be the re-appearance of Orycon's semi-annual summer relax-a-con, but they apparently ran into hotel problems, and have had to cancel the event. I'm assuming that they'll be refunding memberships, but I haven't heard anything specific on that yet. (If I have some spare time tomorrow, I'll see what I can dig up on the web about it. I need to get info on CopperCon anyway.)
