convention where our own local hero is going to be Music GOH in a couple of
months, here's the scoop on CopperCon. (I've never been before, but it has
a reputation as a solid, enjoyable, general SF con. Worth checking out.)
**COPPERCON 18 CONVENTION**
September 4-7, 1998 in Phoenix, Arizona
CopperCon is a literary sf convention that also features an extensive video
program (including Japanimation), masquerade, convention hospitality suite,
and up to three tracks of program. Expected attendance is about 800.
