If hospitality is involved my friend Julie Rampke will be in charge of that.
I'd be happy to either act as a relay with her (or just ask me for her
e-mail address. I'll check that it's okay and then give it to whomever asks
for it.)
Appearently hospitality is on a smaller budget this year. And currently
only two groups have reserved time to 'host' hospitality (the Camarilla <sp>
and the writing group I belong to, the "Tales of the Tai Pan Universe"
project). Perhaps several hours could be hosted by 'North-West Filkers'?
