Uncle Bonsai Album Release Concert

        I have "Doug" myself (bought it at the Christine Lavin concert last Sunday), and you simply must hear "Doug's Divorce: Preamble." Anyway, for those Bonsai fans out there, figured that you'd want to see this.

As many of you already know, we have a new Uncle Bonsai recording, "Doug," being released next month. (We've had copies since December but the official national release date is March 9th.) This compact disc was recorded on August 4th, and documented the first Uncle Bonsai performance in nine years. Some of you were there -- seating was extremely limited and the concert sold out in advance -- and some of you were wondering why you never even heard about the event. Well, now that you're on the Mailing List, we can tell you about another very special event coming up in a couple of months...Uncle Bonsai in Concert.

On May 7th and 8th, here in Seattle, Uncle Bonsai will be reuniting for their first public appearance in almost 10 years. (The "Doug" concert was a private event.) These two concerts will celebrate the release of the new CD and will feature the original Uncle Bonsai performing new songs, old songs, and some Doug songs. Tickets are extremely limited and will cost
$20 each in advance.

However, we're offering our mailing list the very special price of only
$15 per ticket if you order them BEFORE March 8th. After March 8th, we
will be offering the remaining tickets to the general public for $20 each. Once the tickets go on sale to the public, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SELL THE
$15 DISCOUNT TICKETS ANY LONGER. (Sorry 'bout that...didn't mean to yell.)
With other shows, we've been able to sell the discount tickets pretty much up until the show dates...not this time. We must have your order in no later than March 8th to guarantee you seats at $15...after that, there may not even be seats left!

We know that May is pretty far away but you don't want to miss these shows! It took ten years to schedule these two concerts...who knows how long before the next one. Here are the details:
