It's very simple Julia (and I'll post this publically so that everyone knows) ;)

To unsubscribe from filk, send email to filk-request at dragoncat.net and include the word 'unsubscribe' as the body of the message.

This will unsubscribe the address that you sent the request from.

To subscribe from a new address, send email to filk-request at dragoncat.net with the word 'subscribe' as the body of the message.
