Here's a brief update on our song circles for the rest of the millenium: SEPTEMBER 25: Regular song circle. Heather Alexander will NOT be there this time...but wait till November...! OCTOBER 30: Samhain/Halloween theme, with treats provided. Wear a costume if you feel like it. NOVEMBER 20: HEATHER ALEXANDER at the Unitarian Universalist Church in Eugene, followed by song circle also at the church. Note that this is the third Saturday of the month, not the last. The last Saturday is Thanksgiving weekend, and we figured a lot of you would have other plans. But, especially the Eugene contingent, please mark your calendars for the 20th and give Heather a show of support! Our hope is to eventually have regular Eugene bookings similar to Heather's monthly shows in Vancouver. DECEMBER: Well, the last Saturday in December turns out to be Christmas Day, and we figure most of you probably have plans for that day, too. Our tentative plan is to have song circle on the following saturday, which just happens to be the first day of the year 2,000. So have your New Year's Eve party the night before, then if the electricity still works, come and be mellow with us the next day. Please write and let us know your thoughts about New Year's Day as a potential song circle day. In the meantime, the next event is this coming weekend.
WHEN: Saturday, September 25, 7 PM until everyone leaves
AT: The House of the Golden Note, 178 Bushnell Ln, Eugene OR 97404
