Greetings all!
Slighe nan Gaidheal, Seattle's Gaelic language and cultural association
is presenting a musical drama in which I will be one of the fledgeling
performers. (see official blurb below) The stage is set up with a reader
board that translates the Gaelic to English so those of you who aren't
fluent (haha) will know what's going on in the play. I would recommend
it for the music alone, some of which is just hauntingly beautiful.

Mistress Arias the Innkeepers Daughter
November 5th and 6th at 8pm, November 7th at 2pm Slighe nan Gaidheal, Seattle's Gaelic language and cultural association, presents: Am ri Teachd (Times to Come) a choral and musical drama performed by Seirm, Gaelic choir and performance ensemble, with bagpipes, drums, harps, fiddles and a rock and roll combo to accompany the singers. All shows at: UW Ethnic Cultural Center theatre, 3931 Brooklyn Avenue NE. Seattle WA Tickets: $12 in advance; $15 at the door; $10 students, seniors, and Slighe nan Gaidheal members.
