As noted elsewhere, trying to set up in a corner of the Ballroom would likely not work well. Singing both requires concentration (on the part of the singers) and tends to disrupt concentration (on the part of anyone else in the room) I don't know just how big the standard panel rooms are, though. Something about the size of one of the Evergreen rooms at Norwes is what comes to mind, frankly. From the responses I've seen so far, something the size of the Cascade rooms just wouldn't cut it.

If Jeff winds up being a panelist, someplace to plug in his keyboard. If not, some way to cram a piano into the room. I'd prefer the former, frankly.

Umm...I'd go with Saturday afternoon, frankly. Saturday's when almost everybody's going to be there, but most filkers tend to be night owls--at least at cons. Trying for a morning panel is likely to result in many no-shows, possibly even some of the panelists.

We're working on it, honest we are!
