RE: OryCon Music Scheduling

RE: OryCon Music Scheduling

I mailed in my participant response card on Friday (yes I will be there). I fear that the popularity of music programming at Orycon ( a very good thing in my opinion) means that it becomes very difficult to program all activities so that everyone can attend everything. I think scheduling the mini concerts opposite the filk circle would be better than putting them up against the main concerts. The participants will have a better chance of a decent turnout. I myself would hate to be up against Jeff Hitchin or Cecilia in a concert slot. If you can have tech support for the mini concerts by doing sets of them then by all means do so. It makes for better concerts.

Looking forward to participating, I had a blast last year.
