My two cents:
I agree with the no-vote on putting mini-concerts opposite feature concerts. I don't think I'd want the mini-concerts opposite a filk circle, either; I always felt divided loyalties whenever that happened! Of the choices above I'd probably vote for (d), except that one drawback is that sometimes the mini-concert people are then just too pooped to filk for a while, and the circle can suffer. (I never realized this until Norwescon.)

I'd also like to throw in my opinion that I dislike having two open circles at the same time in different rooms. One circle invariably suffers-- someone popular may be in one, that everyone wants to hear, and some people who want to stay with the other one don't get to hear that person; or people end up going back and forth, and miss hearing something they really wanted to hear and don't feel like subjecting the whole circle to it *again* just for their benefit. I don't know if anyone shares this opinion, but I'd really like to see just *one* filk circle at a time.

Matt and Audrey and I (also known as Fishy, Xia and vix) would be interested in a mini-concert. Our first one was at Norwescon and boy was it exciting for us! Plus, it would give me the impetus I need to actually *write* some new things. :) I've no real preference as to which length, so I'll leave that for other people's two cents.
