replyOkay...so now I have a couple of volunteers. That's good. What I want to do is figure out one song we can all do together (without meeting before the con) and a few rounds. I will do kind of a theory section, so people know the nuts and bolts of how harmony is put together. Then the rounds, to get people used to singing something different from people next to them. This is where I need the strong voices. Then maybe one song we can all sing together at the end. If my instincts for workshops are right, and I remember the time for my standard "nuts and bolts" presentation, this should just about fill an hour. If I need a fancy demo, maybe I can bring a CD player; does anybody have any fancy madrigal or barbershop quartet CD's they'd be willing to lend for the sake fo spactacularness?
