Guitar Help COntinued

Ok, I looked at guitars in Canada today....didn't make Bellingham.

Comments both Pro and Con for each would be appreciated Here is what I found:
Sigma DR-4H for about $300 US
YAmaha FG 402 about $200 US
Aria AW 420 about $250 US
Takamine GS 330S about $250 US
Simon & Patrick S&P 6 Cedar about $150 US

Also the place that had the S&P and the Takamine have a *Rent To Own* Program which would possibly allow me to afford a better Takamine, S&P or Fender or Norman.

There is also the shop which has the Aria, which is a dealer for Cort guitars, which from the literature sounded like a fairly good quality, even though they are an offshore brand. According to the dealer, they are the company which *used to* make the offshore Martins.

Input????

The Rent-To-Own is looking really good right about now...and would allow me to buy a higher quality guitar....
