Of course. Palestinian news articles are unreliable and should be treated as reply"total fabrications", but we accept _Israeli_ reports without comment.

Now, I'm not saying the Jerusalem Times isn't biased. Nor am I saying we should accept this account on the surface. But just because it is a Palestinian paper is no reason to just reject it as "total fabrication".

Ever compare Palestinian reports with Israeli reports of this area? Try it, replypreferably with news articles from before the 11th. It is an interesting lesson in bias in reporting, and the Israeli bias is every bit as bad as the Palestinian.

replyThe real eye-opener is when you compare US news sources with both. Our news replysays, "Israeli civilians clash with Palestinian nationals, two dead." Israeli sources say, "Israeli homesteaders on the West Bank and Palestinian replycivilians fought today, two Palestinians killed by gunfire." Palestinian sources say (and, if you look hard enough, so do some Israeli sources), "Israeli terrorists fire on unarmed Palestinian civilians, two Palestinians dead."
