Oh, right. If we get to assume THAT, I'll also assume that the programming director will let us barter room time. (thank you much, John, for taking us out of the real world...) :-P

 In which case I waive filking
rights to EITHER Santiam/Wilson OR Klamath until 9:00 p.m. both nights, in exchange for getting the other room starting at 6pm or earlier. I then schedule 1/2 hour filk concert slots in one room from 6 to 9, followed by open filking in two rooms from 9:30 until whenever.

<count, count, count> OK, 3 hours on two nights, that's 12 concerts. And you said there were 13 applicants. Then I give the 13th slot to masquerade halftime: either the filk GoH, or by random draw, or I pick the one I think is the most obvious "great" and pretend it was random draw. And if none of that works, I pick one applicant and say, "No, you suck, you can't perform."

THEN I let them bribe me.
