[filk] New Address (Probably)

    First of all, I want to apologize for casting oput such a broad net. Although this must look like spam given the number of "to" addresses, it isn't. This is important for anyone who wants to contact me to know and this is the only way I could figure out to do it.

    Today, a federal bankruptcy court will decide the fate of my ISP< Excite at Home. The most likely result of the hearing is that it will be liquidated.

    My cable internet provider, AT&T Broadband, is foing to be taking over the duties of the ISP. Unfortunately that means the at home.com domain, and thus the hugopig1 at home.com address, will be obliterated, possibly as early as midnight tonight.

    I have been informed that my new address will be hugopig1 at attbi.com and that this address will work after a minimal interruption in service. However, it will not work today. What that means is that once the changeover takes place, you will need to change my address and I will need to be readmitted to all my old e-mail mailing lists.

    And yo yjoml I al;ready went through this once this month with my getting a cable modem in the first place....

    I apologize in advance for all the difficulty this likely to cause and for the apparent intrusion this is seems. I wouldn;t be surprised if many of you are getting a lot of similar messages from at home subscribers.
