[filk] Last-minute preparations

    Since I haven;t gone to an out-of-town housefilk before, I can't help but wonder if there are any other last-minute preparations I should make before climbing aboard that Geryhound bus and heading up I-5 to filk.

reply    I'm trying to figure out just what to bring in terms of music, and if anyone else has anything they can contribute to what I was going to bring up replyI'd appreciate it as I seem to be one of only a few people coming up from Portland.

reply    My greatest fear is that i will be a bundle of nerves once I get there and unable to do much of anything.

    Actually, that;s my second-greatest fear. My GREATEST fear is not being able to ghet up in time, missing my bus, and missing the thing entirely after I've already been to all this trouble.
