[filk] Re: Dixon / Bradley filk, some thoughts

Kitt and All,

The filk was WONDERFUL! I only wish I could have not squeaked so badly whilst singing....sigh<blame the Cold From Hell, which I was getting over>

Kitt and Craig were wonderful househosts, and Alexa<sp?> Was grand! She is such a sweety, despite being overly tired towards the end of the evening.

Kitt took a tumble and had Larry and I a bit worried. How is the arm????

Devon, was *Thankfully* a gentleman for the most part, mostly due to Steve letting him play HP on the Gameboy. *Thanks Steve*

It was our joy and pleasure to meet Jeff in person! He was so kind, as he I am sure he gets tired of singing Tech Support, but did is as a special request from *The Boy* <Devon> who is a great fan of Jeff's. <As we are as well.

And Callie, who's voice I am Extremely Envious Of...LOL Was just wonderful as well. We enjoyed listening to her flute as well. So glad to meet you in the flesh!

I am terrible with names, but I recall Angie and Beth, both of whom were a good batch of fun to sing with. Beth's guitar playing was great! I can only hope to be half as good when I _Finally_ get a guitar and learn.

Tom definitely was apprciated for both his wonderful conversations, and his harmonica. Thanks Tom for being there!

Steve was wonderful as well...I do love to hear him sing! When is the CD coming?????? Jodie was in able to sing a bit, and she has a lovely voice!

Danica and Katie <Anarchy and Chaos> Were a blast as well. I loved their rendition of March of Cambreadth! And listening to Danica sing along with Steve was a double pleasure!

Well, I hope I didn't hurt anyone's ears...with just getting over my cold, my voice, which is not the best to begin with anymore, was NOT in good shape.

My Hubby even had enough fun he is Honestly considering us going to Consonance!!!!! I look forward to doing this again soon.

replyAlso, come Summer Time, we may be able to host and indoor/outdoor housefilk here....
