[filk] The Washingtonians, live and on the radio!

    The Washingtonians (the choir with a sense of humor and the choir I sing with) will be turning serious for one night only on the 16th of February (Saturday) at 8 p.m. at St. Mark's Cathedral in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle.

    The program will include Frank Martin's Mass for Double Choir, Barber's Adagio for Strings (Agnus Dei), and American folk songs including "Shenandoah", "Black is the Color of My True Love's Hair" and "The Water is Wide" among others.
