[filk] Handfasting Joys and Bliss

Not even off topic because Echo's Children and Eglentine (sp?) were the royal court musicians for the event.
Seriously, Thanks to all who came or sent their love and wishes - it was a wonderful ceremony and the warmth and love filled the sanctuary. It continued to build during dinner and flowed as a lovely song circle.

I've never aspired to heading a Barony before, but I did enjoy sitting with my Lord by my side, listening to superb music, surrounded by friends and family. I see where the attraction of court could be seductive :)
We'll be posting pictures when I've got them and for
the wedding June 22nd we'll have more. Shaddyr is the
"official court photographer" for the event and will
be posting Pondfilk II, The Wedding.
We do plan to host Pondfilk III, so start popping coins into a travel jar for the Ferry!
The sun is shining, the koi are jumping and all is right with the world -- I've got to go and write a song...
