Greetings friends and fans,

By now most of you have heard that my partner, Dave Carter, died July 19 of
a heart attack. I am sorry if this is the first you are hearing of it; we
have done our best to notify everyone but we know some of our efforts may
not have found you. Please visit the website at http://www.daveandtracy.com/ for details.

Below is the official press release for the Dave Carter Memorial scheduled
for Friday, August 16, 2002. A memorial fund has also been set up in Dave's
honor; info on that is below, too. I hope you can join us to celebrate and
remember my beautiful, brilliant partner.

Another message will follow shortly with other news. It seemed like this was enough for one email.

My very best to each of you,
Tracy
