[filk] V-con 27

replyOkay... I feel very stupid asking about this, because I know it was discussed on here not too long ago, but at that time we weren't considering replygoing to V-con and so I wasn't paying attention.

But now we are, and so I am, and... the hotel given on the V-con website has replynever *heard* of Vcon 27. The website goes into great detail on having moved the con to the Guildford Sheraton. Only the Guildford Sheraton says there is no such convention scheduled. The woman also said that she thought replya similar sf/fantasy convention had already happened in the summer, but that replythere was nothing scheduled for October.

I thought I was going crazy so I checked the dates about 100 times, thinking replyI had inadvertantly gone to a site for a past year... but no, it does say October 11-13 2002. I'm looking at

Help! What's going on? Am I looking at an outdated site or something? Has replyV-con already happened? Have I entered the Twilight Zone?
