Dear Friends and Fellow Fen:

With Saturday's tragic loss of the Columbia, we, the Portland Science Fiction Society (PorSFiS), feel that the members of the science and science fiction
communities of and around Portland need an opportunity to express their grief and their respect for the crew of the Columbia. Therefore, PorSFiS will be holding a Memorial Service on Saturday, February 8th, at PSU, beginning at 2pm. This service is open to everyone who wishes to attend. As we are expecting a larger turnout than for our regular meeting, we will be holding this service in the PCAT building (the blue building immediately next to the PSU Urban Plaza) in Room 118. Directions and additional information will be posted to www.porsfis.org as they become available.
